1. Customer service was exceptional. There was no language barrier as the staff spoke English, and they were very accommodating when we had inquiries. They even lent us an adapter at no extra cost. 2. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was an air purifier. The ambiance, interior design, and decorations had a relaxing vibe. 3. The Nespresso was a pleasant surprise!

Liked the private entry to the park..but only if your tickets are valid ...they are organised..in the theme park. Really beautiful park.,not to be missed if in the area...Hotel staffs are nice.,friendly. Breakfast good. Not much choices for dinner as expected to dine at the park?..

The staff are nice and helpful, they explained a lot about Huis Ten Bosch upon check in. The staff always press the elevator for you when you come back. There is no need to book for breakfast at the time of hotel reservation so I can choose which day to take the breakfast. It is so close to Huis Ten Bosch so you can stay there till very late to enjoy the light show. Car park is close to hotel.

Everything in the room was just right, making it a wonderful stay :) Room was clean, Love the toiletries, especially the beauty cleansing kit, but toothbrush is a tad too hard. Renovation on exterior was ongoing so curtains hv to be drawn. If you are plan to stay between Feb to Mar 2025, just get standard room, ditch the view.

It is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The ambient, design are beautiful and the services are friendly. The dedicated theme park access gate and next to Lawson convenient store is a plus point for the stay.

Accommodating.. and giving me a chance to move the date of our check in . No additional payment. It's a luxury hotel but not expensive.. complete amenities and delicious food. A place to relax is perfect. Thank you to the manager and to Podelu and Yoon and other staff who are quick to respond. Thank you so much.. i will recommend this Hotel Nikko.

Very close to Huis Ten Bosch! There’s a private gate too. They also provide cold water at the lobby during hot hours which was very convenient to fill my bottle

Best rate near to Huis Ten Bosch and Huis Ten Bosch Station. Private door to and from Huis Ten Bosch after park ticketed. Room is superb clean. Triple room is spacious. Another wash basin outside the bathroom is well-built. Good varieties and pleasant breakfast. Self-service store luggages before checkin.

The hotel is very old, and worn down. The room was decent but old. The staff were super nice and helpful. The location was near the Huis Ten Bosch entrance but I think if we visit again we would book the hotel inside the park such as the Waterfront hotel, which was even cheaper.

Location of hotel is next to the main entrance of Huis Ten Bosch. We can park our car at hotel once we arrived. We pay 1000 yen for parking fee and we can take our car out at next dat when we check out. We can enjoy in Huis Ten bosch until closed time and walk back to our hotel. The room is good. The breakfast at restaurant was great.
